Blazing Star Springers are a very small family owned kennel.   We live in the country outside of Granite Falls, MN.   Springers have been a part of our lives for many years. We love the happy, easy-going nature of the springer spaniel. Bred for hunting  upland fowl and companionship, the English Springer Spaniel is a great overall family dog. Our dogs are no exception. Our three English Springer Spaniels are more than just dogs, they are part of our family. All 3 are house broke, crate trained and sleep every night in our home.

Although we have both field and show  or “bench” bred dogs, we prefer the calmer, quieter bench bred lines. We do not show ourselves, but do take pride in the breeding behind our dogs and pass on the same qualities as we breed. All puppies are placed in homes at 8 to 9 weeks of age. They will have docked tails, dewclaws removed, first round of shots, wormed and at least one comprehensive vet check. All puppies come with a health guarantee.

Puppy Deposits

Females are $500 each and Males are $300 each. All prices are for limited registration.

Puppy picks are made by order of deposits received to Blazing Star Springers. Blazing Star Springers has the right of “First Pick” on all litters if they choose.    Deposits guarantee a tri-color English Springer Spaniel puppy and the chosen sex of the puppy.  If we don’t have a tri-color puppy or sex choice we will return your deposit.  Otherwise all deposits are non-refundable but can be placed on any future litters. We DO NOT guarantee liver or black color ONLY tri.

All puppy picks must be made by four weeks of age or as soon as we receive your deposit.  No exceptions.  Others are waiting to pick their puppies as well.

We require a deposit of $100.00 for all puppies.  Deposit checks must be made out to “Blazing Star Springers”.   The deposit will be deducted from the sale price when you purchase your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable.  We require payment for the balance of the puppy before you can pick up your puppy unless prior arrangements have been made.

Delivery

Picking your puppy up is always the best method but we will work with you if you are not able travel to us. We are willing to meet you but depending on distance the buyer would be responsible for paying an additional fee. Please contact us with any questions or if delivery arrangements need to be made.
